As the joint stockholding company and the headquarters of the group companies, AOCHoldings, Inc. (AOCHD) is committed to maximizing the group value by framing strategies for the group's total optimization and by controlling individual business and risk management.
On the other hand, the group companies will individually improve profitability in their own business under the group basic policy of seeking synergies by integration of upstream and downstream oil operations.
The core group companies of Arabian Oil Company, Ltd. (AOC), which explores, develops and produces crude oil/natural gas, and Fuji Oil Company, Ltd. (FOC), which refines crude oil and sells refined products, as well as other major group companies such as Petro Progress, Inc. which trades crude oil and refined products and Japan Oil Engineering Company, Ltd. which concentrates on engineering and consulting for the oil and gas business.
